Preserving your child's dental health at home

It is essential to establish healthy dental habits for your children, this includes daily brushing sessions at least twice a day for 2 minutes as well as the use of dental floss after 2 years of age.

For young babies, use a small towel to clean their gums and when their teeth start to appear, use a toothbrush specially designed for infants to keep their teeth healthy and clean. Remember to replace toothbrushes every 3 to 4 months.
