COVID-19: INTERNAL SECURITY PROTOCOLS

Dear patients
At the request of many of you and given the encouraging signs of progress against the COVID-19 epidemic in Morocco, we have taken the time to prepare well to welcome you back to our clinic in accordance with the international health safety standards.
The course will always depend on the evolving recommendations of the authorities and the continued progress in the fight against the spread of the virus in our country. However, we have started a limited resumption of clinical services, since Monday, May 11, 2020 according to a protocol studied as follows:

Before the arrival :

Appointment scheduling is mandatory and is done through 3 channels:

Appointments are subject to validation by our team.

At the arrival :

Arrive at the appointment maximum 5 minutes in advance (zero patients in the waiting room)

• Identity validation and traceability (CIN or passport) Epidemiovigilance questionnaire to be completed at reception.
• Access is authorized exclusively to the patient concerned, except for children or dependent persons

Access to the clinic:

Insulation of objects (ideally outside, otherwise in the dedicated bin)

• Body disinfection.
• Temperature control.
• Wearing of on shoes and charlottes
• Hand disinfection

For your safety, a careful circuit is put in place:

• Disinfection of instruments, floors and air after each patient visit
• 20-30 minutes are required for disinfection and sterilization procedures.
• The exchange and delivery of documents at reception is done without contact as much as possible (digital media, or electronic formats)
